Participant must be a resident of India and 18+ years of age
Interested participant below 18 years of age will require an authorization letter from the parent approving participation
NRI participant must have an OCI card or work permit
Participant must have clean physical and mental medical history
Participant must be clear of all criminal and civil cases
In a contest, decision by the judges is absolute and cannot be disputed
Participant is oneself responsible for transportation, lodging and food & beverages
If requested for any reason, participant must obtain item/product as instructed for an event
Should the contest winner be unable to fulfil ones duties/commitments, the next in line will qualify by default
During application verification if a participant is found deceiving, then, "Niche Entertainments Pvt Ltd" reserves right to disqualify participation without refund
PARTICIPATION TERMS
Event specific rules and regulations must be followed by every participant
Item/s provided by organizers for an event to participant - must be returned "as is", damage or loss of item/s will need to be compensated by the participant
Participation fee, if any, is always non-refundable
Event participation, once confirmed, by the participant; cannot be cancelled unless due to some natural calamity or death of the participant
Disrespect towards co-workers or organizers will not be tolerated and the organizer's decision will be absolute
Sometimes for unprecedented reasons date, time or venue change occurs; for any event, participant must adjust to the change to fulfil their responsibility
The organizers reserve rights to distribute any marketable content including pictures and videos created from their event
Use of any Illegal substance is absolutely not permitted and we follow a zero-tolerance threshold in this act
