Dj Akhtar is a pioneer and a trendsetter who is known for his contribution towards dance music & club culture in India. He is seen globetrotting across several continents and one can also witness his live performance at many high-profile destination weddings, music festivals, and corporate events. He performed at Nick Jonas & Priyanka Chopra's most talked-about wedding and was also invited to Los Angeles to perform for the likes of Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, Donald Trump 'and many others, where he played at a private event held at 'The Beverly Hills Hotel'. He is the only Dj who performed at the famous Bombay Times Anniversary Bash for over 24 years in a row.

Akhtar, besides playing, has also created and curated various IPs. He has not only managed clubs, bars, and lounges across the globe but he has also managed many artists and DJs and was known for curating & exclusively managing 'Yo Yo Honey Singh' for his first and most successful tour in the US. He is one of those rare Indian DJ to have been featured twice on the cover of the famous DJ Mag International worldwide. He is also a brand ambassador in India for the international headphone company V- MODA. Akhtar won many awards and recently was awarded a standing ovation for his outstanding contribution and achievements towards the nightlife and music industry by INCA the 'Indian Nightlife Convention & Awards' hosted in Delhi.
