Sandhya Shetty won the 'Gold Medal' at the Commonwealth Karate Championship in the year 2015. She also won the SAKF bronze & gold medal in 2017. India's film star actor Rajnikanth awarded her the super achiever award of Indian Karate in 2018 on International Women's Day. Her crusade for a change in society towards women empowerment takes her nationally and internationally as a motivational speaker conducting self defence and awareness campaign #Nofear.

Sandhya with her drop dead gorgeous looks walked the fashion runway for India's elite designers. She was a finalist at the Femina Miss India and was declared the Ford Super Model winner. She has worked as an actor in many films and hosted travel shows for Discovery Channel & TLC.
